Airbnb Interior Refresh (Miami, United States)
Every project below was completed entirely online using photos and video walkthroughs provided by the homeowner.
Eric, an Airbnb host, reached out for help refreshing the interior of his large rental property. He initially wanted to redesign the master bedroom based on an existing interior concept created by a friend. He loved the original design, including its style, color palette, and overall aesthetic, but there was one major problem: the recommended furniture was too expensive for a rental property.
Because Airbnb furniture needs to withstand frequent guest use and occasional damage, investing in high-end pieces didn’t make financial sense. Eric wanted the same visual impact without the premium price tag. We started by exploring affordable alternatives from retailers such as Amazon, Wayfair, Overstock, Target, IKEA, Walmart, Etsy, TJ Maxx, and eBay.
